For our client from the Aerospace Sector, we are looking for a Technical Integration Manager (m/w)Support the Application Management Team with:
Troubleshooting, problem diagnosis, resolution and escalations for technical problems
Quality Assurance
Review of detail specifications
Integration of complex IT systems and expertise regarding the implementation work
Planning and management of all release activities
Broad and deep knowledge of the used technology
Analysis, definition, design, testing and modification of properly engineered information systems
Analysis of Business Requirements, Use Cases, Business Szenarios, etc. and understanding of the business need
Skills:
Extensive experience about CxM processes and systems
Aviation industry knowledge
Package Experience: Oracle Siebel CRM, Siebel Marketing, OBIEE, BI Applications, Data Mining & Real Time Decisioning
Project Management Skills: PMI
