Berkeley Design Technology, Inc. (BDTI) and the BDTI-led Embedded Vision Alliance are looking for a professional, self-motivated, freelance/consultant developer with experience building mid-size Drupal websites. Job responsibilities involve the upgrade of two currently non-responsive Drupal 6-based sites, constructed from a mix of standard and custom modules, to responsive Drupal 7- or Drupal 8-based successors. Other than responsive layouts, only modest design changes (feature additions, deletions, and modifications) are currently expected, although a more extensive redesign is also possible.Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience developing with PHP and Drupal
- Self-starter, able to complete tasks reliably and on time
- Excellent knowledge of Drupal and module development
- Good understanding of MySQL databases
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, SCSS, and JavaScript
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English
Compensation:
