Implementation Coordinator
I am currently looking for a Implementation Coordinator to work based in Germany for a 6 month rolling contract.
GERMAN SPEAKING IS A MUST FOR THIS ROLE
Roles and responsibilities:
- Control of configuration and integration contracts for the modernization and extension of mobile networks with a focus on base stations and transmission equipment
- Processing and creating new tickets and work orders in the relevant ticket systems and databases
- Review of orders as to the completeness, timing and feasibility and optionally clarification with internal or external clients
- Order processing and cross-team coordination of operations, triggering sub-contracts to internal and external teams
- Tracking of orders and ensure timely processing
- Examination, protection and care of milestones in the relevant ticket systems and databases
- Creation, processing and provision of data and reports for project planning, progress monitoring and performance measurement
- Participate in the design, harmonization and documentation of processes and procedures
- Active dissemination of knowledge within the project team
Required qualifications:
- Technicians, skilled workers or comparable purchased in practice qualification with extensive experience in service coordination
- Good understanding of processes in the construction and integration of mobile solutions focusing RAN and Transmission Technology
- Solid basic knowledge of 2G, 3G and 4G technologies and types of connectivity
- Solid basic knowledge of transport technologies (MW and PDH/SDH)
- Knowledge of the network operating German mobile operators with Extensive experience in the operation of the relevant ticket systems and databases (preferably: UTS, NETsite, ATP)
- Careful and structured way of working with high focus on results
- Good communication skills, team spirit high
- Good and safe German language skills in speaking and writing and English skills
