Recruit 121 has a freelance assignment for an SAP Test Lead to join the team of its multinational end user client in Niedersachsen, Germany for 12 months on a full time basis. This is a contract position.

Minimum core attributes:
- MUST be a German Language speaker
- 5 years or more of SAP Testing experience
- 2 years or more in a Test management role
- Proven experience using QA tools, packages and methodologies eg QTP, LoadRunner
- Experience working in an ASAP project environment including design, testing, deployment, maintenance of test scripts and documentation activities
- Providing regular direction, mentorship, and coaching to the SAP test team members.
- Report to the SAP Test Manager and when required, deputize for the Test Manager
- Develop/assist in definition and help drive a high-level Test strategy, as well as take a hands-on approach to implementing that strategy.
- Lead efforts to develop, document, and implement applicable QA processes and procedures to provide more effective quality methods within the group in support of providing quality products.
- Create, implement, maintain, and enhance test plans, test scripts, and test methodologies
- Develop SAP quality test plans and test cases, and lead in setting and maintaining the standards for Software Quality Assurance test documentation.
- Be highly committed to create automation for regression and feature testing.
