Leading international OSS/BSS solutions provider is currently seeking an experienced Service Assurance Consultant to join an exciting project based in Germany, as below.
Essential skills:
- Knowledge of Service Assurance Aspects in IoT (M2M) scenarios with specific around Service Assurance in roaming
- Network Fault Management, specifically in mobile roaming (in scenario of network incidents coming to M2M platform from other operators)
- Ability to discuss Network Fault Management scenarios with Network Operations SMEs on the customer side
- eTom Business Processes knowledge in the area of assurance
- Strong customer facing skills
- Ability to work and travel within EU
- German language skills are nice to have but not essential.
Role responsibility:
- Constant ongoing interactions with client SMEs coming from Network Ops and Engineering Depts
- Participation in Customer Workshops
- Contribution in preparing Business Processes describing Service Assurance aspects
- Being part of wider consulting team, reporting to Consulting Lead on the Project.
