Job Description:-
Single Point of Contact for TCS at Customer location for an MAS engagement
Responsibilities include;
1. Transition of SAP ECC Application Maintenance from Customer internal IT
2. Coordinate with customer and user for incident resolution managing a onsite-offshore team
3. Regularly discuss with customer on complex situations and understand requirements
4 Guide and help TCS team wherever customer interction is required
5. Efficiently manage support services by using ITIL
