Role
We have a contract opportunity available for an experienced SAP PP (Production Planning)/PM (Plant Maintenance )/QM (Quality Management ) Consultant for a project in Amberg, Germany. The role is to be Single Point of Contact for our client at customer location for an MAS (Management advisory services) engagement.
Required skills/experience/responsibilities :
- Solid SAP PP/PM/QM experience - Transition of SAP ECC Application Maintenance from customer's internal IT
- Coordination with customer and users for incident resolution managing an onsite-offshore team
- Regularly discuss complex situations with customer and understand requirements
- Guide and help client's team wherever customer interaction is required
- Efficiently manage support services by using ITIL

The initial contract has an initial duration of 3-6 months with likelihood of extension.
