Cloud Engineer - SaaS - Linux - Windows - Agile - Germany - Contract
A leading financial services organisations are looking for a cloud engineer to join their DevTools group to continue with the deployment and development of their infrastructure and automation tools. They require someone with excellent agile experience as they practice agile throughout the organization.
The successful candidate will have excellent understanding of Public cloud such as AWS, Rackspace, Openstack etc. They will also have excellent knowledge of either Linux or Windows platforms as well as strong Chef or Puppet experience.
Key Skills
Building and maintaining deployment and infrastructure automation tools
Configure and build monitoring and logging tools to monitor our applications and Servers
Working with engineering teams to improve their use of our cloud resources
Ensuring that our applications and services are horizontally scalable, highly available and are deployable with our existing tools
Key Responsibilities
Familiarity with a public cloud provider such as; AWS, Rackspace, Openstack, etc.
Experience with system administration on Linux or Windows platforms
Chef, Puppet CFEngine, Ansible or Salt experience
Experience working in an Agile project
