Essential skills:
- A minimum of three years professional experience in software testing including requirements analysis and clarification, as well as testing web applications and GUIs
- Excellent knowledge of Scripting languages such as Python, Groovy, UNIX Shell
- Very good knowledge of testing of dynamic web applications, including Javascript-centric single page applications
- Significant experience with relational databases and designing SQL queries
- Basic experience in testing tools like Selenium and/or QF-Test
- Exposure to configuration management tools, preferably SVN
Desired skills:
- Knowledge of Unit test frameworks like Junit or TestNG
- Knowledge of software testing techniques (equivalence partition, combinatorial, pair-wise, boundary conditions, etc.)
- Knowledge of Java and Javascript
- Exposure to issue management systems, and continuous integration systems (eg Jenkins)
The work will start in January 2017 for a minimum of 3 years (possibly 5 years) duration. The working location is Munich, Germany. The working language is English.
