Primary Skillset
- Thorough knowledge in Environments, Release and Test Management
- Proven track record of managing, implementing and/or optimizing RM/ENV/TM in a large, global organization
- Experience in IT and Infrastructure projects
- PMLC/SDLC Knowledge
- Full onsite in Munich 5 days per week
- DevOps knowledge
- Self-motivated
- Good Network within AGCS
- Certified (Prince2, IPMA, IPM or similar)
- Experience in Software Development/IT Architecture
JOB DESCRIPTION
Main focus:
- Lead and contribute to a new environment, release and test management framework, including transition and governance structures
Additional responsibilities:
- Manage project from a PM view mainly in domains: cost, organization, communication and coordination especially with line/operations
- Further foster synergy effects of using environments across multiple projects/programs
- Reduce cost footprint and increase performance of server
a) improvement initiative on Release (RM), Environments (ENV) and Test Management (TM):
Identify and liaise with all key stakeholders of RM/ENV/TM
Define strategy/measures to improve RM/ENV/TM
Implement and transition current model into new model
Setup proper governance model for RM/ENV/TM
