Oracle PL/SQL developer
For our prestigious client, we are currently looking for an Oracle PL/SQL developer
Key skills:
- Must have solid oracle PL/SQL skills using version 11g R2 as the platform.
- Will be expected to participate and add value in technical design sessions and own his/her area
- Dynamic SQL code generation
- Must be flexible and prepare to go the extra mile
- Must be thorough but quick and follows good strong development coding practices
- Will report to Core Product Tech Lead
- Few Datawarehousing projects experience mandatory
The role is to design and program the underlying SQL and PL/SQL for the in-house custom Fraud Detection Solution
It will require understanding of code generation thorough dynamic SQL (key experience) and experience and usage of advanced oracle SQL functionality. The work will be on PL/SQL to develop a code to support a metadata driven loading process for the edw, this will involve producing lots of dynamic SQL from metadata and therefore needs experience in this area as also the build of reusable transforms like pivot, unpivot, multi insert, concat, etc which will be applied to this dynamic code where needed as defined in the metadata.
English speaking project, no other language skills required
