Digital/IT Programme Delivery Manager
Caspian One require a Digital/IT Programme Delivery Manager for a Tier 1 Investment Bank on contract.
The Role:
My client is looking for a German Speaking Programme Manager to work in Frankfurt, They must have a demonstrable experience within Digital Banking and delivery of applications and services. The Programme Manager will possess proven delivery experience of driving large IT transformational programmes gained across a range of projects, which may include large site builds, from traditional enterprise platform implementations through to customer experience delivery as part of more digitally focused projects
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all elements of the programme, showing a professional consultative approach, running from strategic thinking through to implementing a delivery organisation that can execute the programme goals. As the Programme Manager, the successful candidate will have a leadership role, be expected to evangelise the programme and engage at all levels of the client organisation from CxO level down.
An ideal candidate can come from the retail banking industry and/or E-commerce. This may also suit someone with a background working as a PMO in the above areas.
Essential Experience
The successful candidate must have the following skills and experience:
- The Candidate must be German Speaking.
- Ability to travel or live in Frankfurt Germany
- Good level of technical experience (Proven experience with delivering large IT Programs of work)
- Experience with Digital Banking.
- Some background within Java would be highly advantageous.
- A proven track record of Project and Programme delivery and be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of all aspects of successful execution.
- Experience of leading and driving large IT transformation programs, alignment of Client Business goals with programme objectives and business change approach to delivery.
- Extensive experience in IT and Business change
- Knowledge of and experience with delivering Digital programmes
- Needs to be a strong individual with very consultative advisory approach. Strong impact with extensive experience dealing at the CxO level.
