SharePoint Developer:
SharePoint Developer required on a 4 month contract based in Nuremberg. The SharePoint developer is required for a 4 month contract with a key client in Nuremberg.
Required Skills:
- Development of SharePoint solutions, Design and Functionality
- Excellent understanding of SharePoint 2013 functionality and development
- Knowledge on Common elements, Global Navigation, taxonomy, user profile etc
- Accessing Taxonomy Term Store with JSOM
- Custom Web parts
- Strong .NET development skills (C#; ASP.NET, XML, WEB Services)
- Good experience using Microsoft Visual Studio
- Fundamental web technologies such as HTTP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS and Jquery
- Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Experience of using PowerShell including using it to deploy solutions across server environments
- Good knowledge of SharePoint Sites and Site Collections
- The role requires the candidate being heavily involved in developing, packaging and deploying SharePoint solutions
- SharePoint Search
- Bug fixing
- Content page and branding - Responsive design, maximum width for content area etc - working with a multitude of devices, displays
- Page layout, considering the right ratio
Must be able to work independently and to work effectively in a team environment.
