For my client, a multinational pharmaceutical company, I am currently looking for a Global Senior Project Manager (Consultant) to manage the global implementation of a new Metadata Repository and Clinical Data Warehouse (CDW). You should be full-time available within the next 1-2 months.You will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Overall Program Management
- Ensuring effective resource utilization
- Monitor and handle escalations
- Driven strategic and tactical meetings, Steering committee meetings, meetings for technical reviews, user workshops, user reviews etc.
- Control schedule, costs, and quality of product/service
- Consolidate and publish weekly status reports
- Change Management for the program
- Experience in project budgeting and costing
- Work with stakeholders at all levels of the corporate structure
- Demonstrate excellent leadership skills
- Understanding of drug development processes
- Understanding of computer system validation practices and principles
- Fluency in oral and written English
For this role, the following qualification is required:
- Strong project management experience
- Good communication skills and experience in working with Management
- Experience in implementing CDW solutions
- 10 years of overall experience and at least 5 years of experience in performing project & program leadership roles.
- Multiple years of experience in Clinical Data Management, Clinical Programming, an managing complex IT programs
- Experience managing or leading projects with a variety of stakeholders
- Strong organizational and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical and time management skills
