Task:* Operational requirements and policy GAP analysis
* Documentation of undocumented key operating procedures
* Aligning documentation to operational standard
* Defining requirements for application monitoring and Alert handling
* Defining ITIL compliant operational concepts
* Achieving transfer maturity to internal/external service organisations
Requirements (Must have):
* Proven experience in the field of enterprise application operations
* Advanced understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, ITIL, security obligations and audit regulations
* Be familiar with email infrastructures
* Have a good understanding of IT security concepts
* Familiar with extensive, often cumbersome processes of an intercultural, rapid acting corporation
* End-to-end delivery attitude; responsible completion of the tasks assigned, including extensive administrative overhead, stakeholder involvement, problem solving and status reporting
* German and English, fluent in speaking and writing
* Applicable certifications (ITIL, CBAP, etc.)
