SAP HCM Solution Architect
Tasks
planning of the design and the implementation of innovative human capital management applications in a heterogeneous system landscape (On Premise/Cloud)
modelling application and cross-company business processes
Support of the departments and relevant stakeholders
responsibility for developing and managing SAP HCM based applications to integrate the system landscapes and the integration of global IT solutions
Control and technical quality assurance of external service providers
Support our Application Services in the Problem and Release Management
Coordination of cross-cutting issues in the design and coordination of IT solutions & business processes
Integration into internal SaaS projects
requirements
At least 5 years experience with SAP HCM development/design and several years of experience in the design and implementation (customizing and programming ABAP) SAP-based IT solutions for HR processes
Solid knowledge of the application components of the SAP HCM E-Recruiting and/or - learning, and interface technologies
knowledge of SAP Talent Management
knowledge of SAP HCM components Personnel Administration or Organizational Management as well as first experiences in Workday solutions is desirable
