CRM Solution Architect
Tasks
Planning of the design, and the implementation of innovative CRM applications in a highly integrated system landscape (SAP/non-SAP)
Modelling application of cross-sales processes
Faculty support in the design and implementation of innovative solutions
Control and technical quality assurance of external service providers
3rd level developer support of in-house developments
Creating, testing and maintenance of Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) and known error documents for offshore support units
Responsibility for the integration of global solutions in the local CRM applications.
Requirements
At least 3 years' experience with SAP CRM and several years of experience in the design and implementation (customizing and programming Web Dynpro ABAP, ABAP Objects)
Professional knowledge in application components of SAP CRM and their interface technologies
experience with Salesforce CRM is desirable
