Software Development Engineer Python

Place: Munich
Client: international IT provider for the global travel and tourism industry.
We are currently looking for an experienced Software Development Engineer with a Python focus.
Generic job description
1. Qualification (School, university, equivalent, etc.):
- Engineering degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or related technical field
- Applied Mathematics will be a plus
- Knowledge of ITIL is essential
2. Know How/Skills:
- Object Oriented Languages like C++, or Java, or equivalent
- Good knowledge in Database programming: like SQL - MySQL or Oracle
- Strong experience with Standard web and Application Server products, such as Apache, J2EE, JBOSS, Glassfish, WebLogic
- Knowledge in Scripting language such as Python, Ruby, Perl, Php
- Knowledge in applied mathematics, algorithms and optimization are a plus
- Experience in Usability and User Interface design will be highly appreciated
- Ability to work with latest Software Engineering methodology's (UML, Extreme/Agile Programming, BPM etc.)
