Participate in all aspects of project testing related to the implementation
Deliver training courses/tutorials for new or upgraded systems to the end customer
Support the local implementation of business and technical change projects
Publish knowledge articles and other documentation/procedures on common issues
Provide IT Training for new joiners
IT support to the Team and involved in delivery of business projectsErforderliche Kenntnisse
Minimum 2 years´ experience working in an IT Support role
Experienced with Microsoft Windows 7, Windows 8 desktops and laptops
Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange Server and Windows Server
Able to support Mobile phone devices (BlackBerry, iOS, Android)
Windows VPN, Mac VPN Configuration and Administration
Mac OSX installation and configuration as well as Office for Mac
Good knowledge of industry best practices and methodologies such as ITIL V3
Candidate must be bilingual in EnglishBewerben
