Senovo IT is urgently looking for a Desktop Support Engineer in Germany for a long term assignment.
The Desktop Engineer will have the following skills/experience:
Excellent knowledge of Active Directory
Experience in troubleshooting issues related to Windows XP, Windows 7 & Windows Vista OS.
Excellent knowledge on VPN Client configuration
Excellent knowledge on SCCM client for software deployment
Experience on remote connectivity tools like Netmeeting, Windows remote connectivity
Good knowledge on Antivirus client troubleshooting.
Good documentation and presentation skills.
nice to have:
Working knowledge of Vmware ( VDI management etc)
Microsoft Windows Certificate - MCPIT/MCP etc
Hardware knowledge
Knowledge on configuration of mobile devices
Knowledge on iPAd,iPhone configuration
Understanding of ITIL framework.
Fluent in GERMAN and ENGLISH is mandatory.
