Desktop Support
My award wining client is urgently seeking a German speaking Desktop Support with a primary skill set of Active Directory. The contract is 6-12 months with possible extension in Schwalbach, Germany.
The Desktop Support should have the following skills:
* Excellent knowledge of Active Directory
* Experience in troubleshooting issues related to Windows XP, Windows 7 & Windows Vista OS.
* Excellent knowledge on VPN Client configuration
* Excellent knowledge on SCCM client for software deployment
* Experience on remote connectivity tools like Netmeeting, Windows remote connectivity
* Good knowledge on Antivirus client troubleshooting.
* Good documentation and presentation skills.
Nice to have:
* Working knowledge of Vmware ( VDI management etc)
* Microsoft Windows Certificate - MCPIT/MCP etc
* Hardware knowledge
* Knowledge on configuration of mobile devices
* Knowledge on iPAd,iPhone configuration
* Understanding of ITIL framework.
