For one of our clients we are looking for a TIBCO Designer/Developer (m/f) in Wangen (near Dübendorf, Switzerland).
Tasks:
- Act as designer, developer and integrator for the creation of several Adapter services utilised as connectivity services to existing 'legacy' equipment.
- Connectivity Services provide a means to bridge current application technologies with SOA. They establish connectivity with legacy applications that do not inherently provide service-oriented interfaces. Connectivity may be accomplished using a variety of means, such as messaging systems, application adapters, and custom code. Connectivity Services expose the functions of legacy systems as Services in an SOA environment. They provide standards based interfaces, which are then consumed by higher-level Services or client applications through Service Infrastructure.
- Collaborate with a VC T2 System Architect to tailor a standardised skyguide template utilising the TIBCO Adapter Framework.
- Collaborate with assigned Adapter Solution Architects and Service Owner to design the specific adapter for the dedicated 'legacy' system adapter. Note: multiple 'legacy' system will require adapters.
- Evaluate in collaboration with assigned Adapter Solution Architects alternatives adapter designs and solution to promote 'legacy isolation' and maximise decoupling from the 'legacy' ATM system.
- Communicate and validate with a VC T2 System Architect that the adapter solution is conforming to and/or converging towards the defined Target Architecture.
- Develop the designed adapter in the TIBCO Adapter framework include adapter unit tests.
- Assist / coach / collaborate with Skyguide Service Integrators in integrating the adapter on the skyguide Common Integration Platform (CIP) with other services and front-end application in the process composition.
- Assist / coach / collaborate with Skyguide Service Maintainers in the adapter deployment on the skyguide Common Integration Platform (CIP).
Requirements:
- At least five years' experience with development of applications/services in a SOA environment.
- At least three years' experience with development of adapters with the TIBCO Adapter Software Development Kit (SDK), Business Works (BW) and Enterprise Message Service (EMS) for creation of connectivity services.
- Experience with, standards that enable Service Oriented Architecture, and allow building/compiling an SOA application, such as:
Web Services Description Language (WSDL)
Universal Description, Discovery and Integration (UDDI)
WS-Policy
WS-Security
WS-Reliable messaging
Simple Object Access protocol (SOAP)
Representational State Transfer (REST)
- Proven experience in following technologies:
JAVA
XML
Various Web UI Standards (HTML5, Jscript, CSS, etc …)
- Excellent oral and written communication in English.
- Team player with excellent inter-personal skills to participate in workshops with domain experts, architects and integrators as well as collaboration with team colleagues. Good stakeholder management and moderation skills.
