I am seeking a high-energy, self-motivated, committed individual on behalf of one of the markets largest international E-commerce companies, based in Berlin. The contract is 14th July- 31st December 2016.

Responsibilities
- Help to maintain the infrastructure.
- Ensure first and second line support for production environments.
- Ensure delivery of changes to the production, quality assurance and development environments.
- Help with troubleshooting, performance tuning and capacity management.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Network environments.
- Experience with Cisco, Juniper and deep knowledge of IPv4/IPv6, OSPF, BGP, MPLS.
- Solid understanding of high performance, customer facing Internet applications.
- Problem solver; quick outage restore, root cause analysis technologies.
- Knowledge of Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP, Perl, Java.
- Understanding of DNS, NFS, LDAP and other protocols.
- Testing and implementation of high availability and disaster recovery solutions.
- Flexible and strongly adaptable, and able to manage tasks in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
- Fluent in English.
- Willing to travel.
