BSS Operations Manager (Online Charging Systems) - Dusseldorf - 3 Month rolling Contract
BSS Operations Manager - this is an urgent requirement for a BSS Operations Manager to join a leading Mobile Telecoms company leading a major project for their customer. You will be the Operations Manager for the Online charging systems - managing teams, customer management, streamlining operations and strengthening the capability of the teams.
We are looking for an experienced BSS Operations Manager ideally with charging systems experience from a Mobile telecoms (vendor or operator) environment. You will be responsible for meeting the clients' SLAs - for incident and problem management, planned deployments and release management and improving life cycle deployment.
This is an important position within the project and you will be liaising directly with the customer and reporting regularly to stakeholders within the business.
Requirements:
- BSS Operations management experience
- Mobile telecoms (operator or vendor) experience
- Online charging systems experience
- Fluency in English, German is desirable
- Huawei or Vodafone kit experience is desirable
