Project Manager (m/f) SAP/ ITSMOur client is currently looking for a Project Manager (m/f) SAP/ ITSM for a project in Frankfurt am Main. Project Description: The Project SAP Rightsizing will analyze todays SAP system landscape and processes to adjust them according the following guiding principles:
Reduce RTB and CTB Costs
Minimize Complexity in RTB Maintenance, support and respective processes
Simplify CTB implementations
Reduce criticality of the whole SAP platform
Setup a new Vendor Strategy
Qualifications: Experienced SAP Consultant with fundamental experience in SAP Core Banking Processes, proven experience in coordination of and cooperation with SAP´s Support organisation including AGS and standard development
proven experience in processing of SAP related incidents, experienced in SAP Standard Development Guidelines
experienced in identification of TCO potentials for SAP
existing network of SAP support and standard development experts in the relevant areas
ITSM Expert focusing on SAP Best Practice processes mainly in the area of Release- & Deployment Management based on SAP Solution Manager ChaRM
Release scoping and planning
Deployment Management based on SAP Transportation Management
Change Management processes
Governance Bodies focusing on Service Level Agreement based on SAP Core Banking Benchmarks (NFR)
Compliance minimum standards
Test Management strategies and processes
Required languages: German and English
Location: Frankfurt
