For our client based in Nuremberg we are looking for a Trainer (m/w) for Arcsight Command Center for a remote Training Lesson.
Aufgaben:
For the training itself our client planned for
• Total of 4 days
• 2 days (4 hours each from 9:00 to 13:00 german time) webex-session per team
• The training done in first 2 days has to be repeated again for 2 days as the audience team will change
Introduction in the ACC Web-Gui (Arcsight Command Center) for topic-experienced (Dell Secureworx) but not Arcsight-experienced staff: The Session will be held remotely on a Demo environment.
Main purpose is to talk about:
- Active Channel Handling
- Effectively Searching
- Report creation
- Case Handling
Skills:
- Deep knowledge in Arcsight Command Center
- Perfect English Skills
