Beschreibung
Requirement:
- 5 years + experiences in telecom industry or IT managed services
- Extensive experience and detailed knowledge of the OSS application
- Vendorspecific NMS certifications and training by the system manufacturer is appreciated
- Good knowledge of software development and enginnering and IT network infrastructures
- Good knowledge of ITIL V3 and eTOM
- Fluency in English and German
Responsibilities:
- Planning and carrying introduction of software upgrades/updates
- Planning and carrying introduction HW upgrades
- Testing software patches
- Adjusting/analysing/Solving Problem Reports within the Problem management
- Planning and carrying intoduction of capacity extension
- Analysis of customer new requirement and make assessement in cost, delay and project planning
- Report on engineering activities
- FOA and new funtion introduction
- POC and feasibility studies of new solutions
