Change and Release Specialist for production environments with ITIL

Objective : ITIL Consultancy - Framework â?¢ To manage the change & release management processâ?¢ Provide oversight all deployments of code for application into UAT and Production environmentsâ?¢ Provide oversight for all infrastructure deployments into the production environmentsâ?¢ To manage and support all application releases either personally or using third party vendorsTasks:â?¢ Run local Change Advisory Board (CAB)â?¢ Manage change process & forward schedule of change â?¢ Liaise with external vendors & local support teams â?¢ Gain understanding of local applications & infrastructure â?¢ Approve changes in a timely manner â?¢ Maintain release schedule and ensure release calendar is kept up to date â?¢ Tracking quality and communicating release status to external teams â?¢ Oversee and input into CABâ?¢ Definition, documentation, implementation and automation of release processes. â?¢ End User Communications Fließend in Deutsch!!

Erforderlich:
â?¢ Knowledge of ITIL Framework â?¢ Knowledge of IT Applications & Infrastructure â?¢ Team worker, self motivated, good people skillsâ?¢ ITIL Foundation qualified â?¢ Corporate and/or financial backgroundâ?¢ A proactive and assertive work ethic. â?¢ Good all around knowledge of IT. â?¢ Good analytic and investigative skills â?¢ Ability to prioritise and work calmly in a sometimes volatile environment. â?¢ Good understanding of priorities and requirements in difficult situations. â?¢ Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to tailor communication to the intended audience.
