For our cusomter, a Financial Service Company, based in Frankfurt, we are looking for a technical Leader as follows:Role:
- Responsible for the technical architecture, code quality, performance, security and scalability in accordance with our overall
Digital Platform
- Lead the development of the project 19s site
- Solve complex problems and support your team hands on
- Manage the respective IT architecture work stream of the overall project incl. timelines and releases
- Being part of the organisation 19s technology department interacting closely with the business / product owner
- Liaise with Tech Lead / IT functions of distribution partners adopting the technology in Germany and other European countries
Required skills and experience:
- Successfully built a scalable and robust distributed systems from scratch to market launch in a leading position
- Entrepreneurial thinking and passionate about building new web services
- Experience with modern web development frameworks
- Fluent in Java, JavaScript and a fair understanding ofthe other languages (e.g. SQL, Go, PHP, .NET, Ruby, Python, Kotlin)
- Enthusiastic about technology and able to follow emerging industry trends
- Deep technical knowledge in architecture and infrastructure and the general SDLC
- Able to define domain models, REST interfaces as part of a Microservice architecture
- Considers Continuous Integration & Delivery to be a must have in software engineering
- Enjoying to work in agile development processes (Scrum)
- Proven track record and several years'' experience in a lead developer position
