For our client in the telecommunication industry we are looking for a Product Manager with Office 365/SharePoint experience
Start: July/latest August 2016

Background - Our client offers digital workplace services to its local operating companies spread across the world, with the objective to drive employee productivity and engagement. Part of the portfolio is an advanced Collaboration & Application Development service framework, allowing business entities to design, configure & build individual, re-usable business solutions. To support the client and it service, we are looking for an experienced SharePoint/Cloud services consultant who is able to lead the service design/product management role towards the implementation of the Collaboration & App Development services.
Tasks:
As product manager, you will oversee the service framework's life cycle from its inception to launch, define the related governance, and accompany & analyse the adoption phase to draw conclusions for the next release. The product managers' decisions are informed by a thorough understanding of the business and customer requirements, a deep insight into the broader industry and market trends as well as a good understanding of the way the products integrate and add value to the wider clients services portfolio.
Day-to-day business:
Responsible for end-to-end life cycle management of the Collaboration/Application Development service framework, regularly check business requirements and analyse market trends, develop the product strategy and roadmap to deliver the core competencies, knowledge and experience
Strong conceptual skills to pursue a clear product strategy and to continuously define the service governance, accompany the product launch and continue to improve the governance for the factory approach to operate on top of the framework.
Monitor and measure acceptance and adoption of the product by defining appropriate quality KPIs
Product Adoption - uptake in local markets and business functions assess against demand and business needs
Proactively deliver improvement strategies, opportunities, risks, cost efficiency proposals, functionality Simplification/consolidation strategies for the products under responsibility
Skills:
5+ years experience in Digital Product Management/service design, preferably in large, multifunctional, multinational enterprises
Deep experience in application development on SharePoint/Office 365
In depth knowledge of enterprise content management, portal, social collaboration, workflow products in large scale corporate companies
Good understanding of how above capabilities are Embedded in an enterprise architecture context (eg security, identity management aspects)
Microsoft SharePoint '10/'13/'16, Office 365, service design and Yammer community management experience in a large scale IT Enterprise environment
Strong communications skill to interact with customers as well as vendors
Good knowledge of end-to end software development life cycle (SDLC) and experience with software delivery methodologies (eg Agile Scrum)
Strong stakeholder management
