Job Title: Business/Process Analyst

The Job Description/required skills are as follows:-
- Should have strong experience in Technical/functional/process area
- Good experience in proven in the specific technology
- Experience in solutions (requirements, designs, services, recommendations) to business/process problems and owns the integrity of
- The solution through customer acceptance and final disposition of solution. Develops and maintains information or documentation
- To the appropriate audiences in the appropriate DB standard formats. Includes interface with management, users, and
- Knowledge in Information technology professionals to create conceptual solutions to business problems. Usually possesses significant
- Knowledge in one or more business functional areas
- Knowledge in Proven practical experience with regard to IT-business analysis for implementation of business processes based on a Workflow-
- Experience in BPM platform supporting the complete life cycle (pre-sales up to project closure).
- Good knowledge to Analysis, validation and documentation of functional requirements from various business areas (Banking, Lending, Others) in
- Order to design technical BPM/SOA solutions; analysis and modulation of business processes.
- Experience in Banking and Know How for Process Management for Retail Banking are an important advantage.
- Experience in stakeholder management required.
