Aufgaben:
Actually we're searching for a Business Analyst for the implementation of a new centralized workforce platform for service partner management.

Job Description:
+ Supporting the business departments with business requirement definition, gathering, structuring & documentation of business requirements in written form
+ Leading Workshops / Meetings for definition, review & validation of business requirements
+ Analysing impact of business requirements on current processes, organization, external partners and IT Systems
+ Joint work with the process management department
+ Joint work with the solution architect and the system analysts in charge of configuring / developing the relevant systems.

Anforderungen:
Skills:
+ Experience in gathering, structuring and description of business requirements
+ Understanding of IT Systems & cable network business processes
+ Deep knowledge of relevant workforce-management processes like customer appointment, materials management, task dispatching, reporting/monitoring, etc is a must
+ Hands on & driver mentality
+ Fluent in English (cooperation with other European Affiliates) an fluent in German
