Tasks:- Guiding the team and organization on how to use HP Quality Center
- Assessing the current pocess (DOORS – QC – JIRA) within the IPT
- Assessing the tool landscape in our IT environment
- Improve, define and realize the future process (DOORS - QC – JIRA) with respect to an incremental development and test cycle (import all requirements vs. import of the delta, …)
- Defintion of the UID to ensure that the defined process is working
- Customization of HP Quality Center if necessary
- Coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization
- Supporting and educating the development teams and System IVV
- Definition and generation of reporting templates
Skills:
- Excellent experience in Quality Center for several years ideally in a incremental development and test cycle
- Experience in LSI Projects and the interface between DOORS and Quality Center
- Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
- Knowledge of handling bugs in Quality Center and the interface to JIRA
- Experience in setting up continuous integration, continuous delivery methodology
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills
