Für unseren Kunden aus dem Raum Frankfurt am Main suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen SAS Entwickler / Berater (m/w).

Aufgaben:
1) Overview/ Preparation:
* Investigation of business processes
* Analysis of existing procedures and technical processes implemented in SAS
* Creation of business and technical data models
* (Re-)definition of current IT architecture DWH & Reporting (High Level Design)
2) Implementation:
* Performance of Component Integration Tests (CIT)
* General process standards, e.g. Technical Quality Assurance (e.g. receiving and exit controls, control points, process/ data flow tracking, log tracking) & Automated e-mail messaging
* Conception and modelling of general process standards
* Implementation of Proof of Concept in SAS on the z/OS platform meeting IT Compliance requirements
* Performance of Component Integration Tests (CIT)
* Creation of standard documentation for Project Governance Framework (PGF)

Für diese Aufgabenstellung sollten Sie über die folgenden Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen verfügen:
Technical Skills:
* SAS Base & SAS Macro language at the level of “SAS 9.3 Advanced Programming” (++)
* SAS Enterprise Guide (++)
* z/OS environment using ISPF, JCL, z/OS file system (++)
* SQL
* Windows (++)
* MS Office (+)
Communication skills / soft skills:
* Self-initiative (be able to lead the dialogue with the developers (based in India) and IT management at Frankfurt) (++)
* German & English spoken and written word (++)
* High analytical skills re SAS source code understanding and awareness of code quality (++)
* Teamwork (++)
In addition, knowledge re the following topics would be beneficial:
* Data structure and methodologies for project realisation (+)
* Experience in global projects (esp. with project team members of Indian Origin) (+)
* Project Management according to PMI Standard (+)
* Techniques and practices re test strategy, continuous integration & warehousing (+)
* Documentation & status tracking (+)
* IT Architecture e.g. ArchiMate / TOGAF (+)
* DWH Modelling according to Kimball / Inmon / Data Vault (+)
