We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company to support their project in Germany.
Position Title: Sachbearbeiter/Administration
Position Type: contract
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 3-6 months rolling
Location: Hamburg

Requirements:
- Responsible and accountable for all works related to the availability, in-time delivery, completeness and quality of all site specific documentation.
- Responsible and accountable for all works related to the collection, documentation and the clarification of site related quality issues
- Requires a professional approach in terms of accuracy and reliability
- Tightly communicate to regional internal and external partners
- Trace all the work above, manage documents and database entries and report to the regional management
Qualifications
- Telecom, Technical, IT or a related undergraduate degree or above
- Experience in telecom rollout documentation and site quality work is appreciated
- Working experience in environment of mobile network operator, equipment supplier and managed service provider
- Knowledge of Tower and Telecommunications industry experience is appreciated
- Ability to read and comprehend technical documents such as site specific documentations, site quality reports, drawings, inventory data
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Adheres to, supports and enhances the Divisions Environmental, Safety, Health and Security Program and enhances the Divisions Quality Management System
- Very good German and English verbal and written communications skills
