IT Services, awareness about ITIL and COBIT 4.1 standard, Assessment and Audit process, + is experiences with Service Now solution specifically Service Desk Module, MS Office tools, soft skills analytical thinking and communication.Awareness of ISO27001 and ISO27002 is a plus.
• Provide assessment of 103 Generic Key Controls (Cobit 4.1 framework)
• Use ServiceNow platform (tool) internally GRC (Global Risk and Compliance) module (roll-out stage) for assessment
Tasks:
• Test if each control is implemented within the organization as defined in IT Services process framework – with expected result
• Communicate with respective Process Owner the assessment results
• Report non-compliances to Compliance Manager
Deliverables:
1. All 103 Generic Key Controls are assess and test results published through GRC tool
2. All non-compliances are tracked and assigned to respective Process Owner
3. E2E compliance process is working and GRC tool is roll-out
4. Reporting established – reporting requirements are technically implemented in GRC tool (communication with development team)
5. Lessons Learned Report is created
