We are currently looking for a Technical / IT Business Analyst for one of our client in the telecommunication sector.Technical / IT Business Analyst (m/f)
Skill/Experience:
practical experience with integration services (including web services) specification
Knowledge and experience of ESB (Enterprise scale web service/micro services/bots/SOA), 1SF, EDM, Security policies, CPQ or very similar
Knowledge of demand management processes/contacts for Enterprise IT services & Platforms including ability to engage teams
Experience and ability to run workshops effectively and stakeholder management
Ability to manage difficult stakeholders and take them on the journey
Technical writing and documentation should come naturally
Process mapping, definition
Knowledge and experience with LLD, Service designs, use case maps, wire framing, activity diagrams … BA Tool set
Power point, Excel, MS Project, Visio, UML Modelling
Experience of Agile – Scrum and Kanban, running sprint planning, managing backlogs
Experience with JIRA, Test Rail, HP Quality Centre, Confluence, JIRA Service desk
Knowledge/experience with continuous delivery, continuous integration, DevOps
Any past experience of software development is helpful
