Technical Support Engineer Lab Automation (m/f)

For our customer, we are looking for a Technical Support Engineer Lab Automation in munich

Primary functions:
Focus on DxA Lab Automation Platform, but not limited to.
• Contribute to the release of new user-/service friendly products, e.g. to effectively use, install, maintain and support products beyond customer
expectation.
• Take ownership to the completion of assigned Tech Support tasks, e.g. Inhouse/Pre- and Customer Installations and Documentation/Sales Item
Reviews.
• Contribute to assigned tasks in cooperation with product -, project and evaluation teams, e.g. PCO implementation
• Work actively on technical issues to keep internal and external customer satisfaction, e.g. enquiries/ repairs / maintenance.
• Provide system support to commercial teams and effectively communicate best practices to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to assigned technical product trainings for internal and external customers, including preparation and/or review of necessary
training documentation


Requirement:
• Bachelor`s degree with 2+ years and/or Master degree with 0-2 years and/or Proven Technical education.
• 5+ years experience in a technical environment and/or 1+ years experience with Lab Automation products .
• Moderate understanding of work concepts, theories, standards, and practices in Diagnostic field.
• Experience supporting projects independently.
• Experience working in a multi-national environment.
• Knowledge on DBS and/or Lean system processes in laboratories.
• Have a understanding how to best configure and deploy Lab Automation Platforms.
• Capabilities of team work, within the group of specialists as well as in cross functional groups.
• Provision of internal and external customer satisfaction.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent English skills in speaking and writing.
• Willingness to travel worldwide up to 50%, also on short notice
