Network Operator Center Analyst

We are currently recruiting for Network Operator Center Analyst ?to join their business in Germany.
Position Title: Network Operator Center Analyst
Position Type: 3 months rolling contract
Start Date: ASAP
Location: North Germany

Responsibilities:
- Ensure all deliverables SLAs and timelines are met.
- Produce relevant reports accurately and in a timely manner at the agreed frequency.
- Manage the relevant 3rd parties' suppliers, involving agreements, planning, timelines and quality of deliverables.
- Produce detailed project plans highlighting dependencies.
- Monitor the program/project ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner and the appropriate corrective actions are implemented.
Qualifications:
- Project Coordinator, Team Leader or Senior Specialist experience in Telecom industry.
- Technical background within mobile and fixed networks infrastructure.
- Master in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project).
- Excellent communication, negotiation and reporting skills.
- Experience in managing deliverables via 3rd party vendors in a high profile telecom company.
- English fluency and German speaking will be prioritized.
