Change Manager
Your tasks:
Design and optimisation of service processes within the Service Lifecycle phase "Service Transition" with focus on "Change Management" for the Service Operation (Service Operations) for the Connected Vehicle (CoVe) telematics service
- Responsibility for the planning and implementation of the Change Advisory Board (CAB)
- Training, coordination and planning of changes, monitoring of Change-Progress and in the context of changes communication with customers?
- General coordination and interface between internal and external Delivery-Units?
- Definition and ensuring compliance with agreed parameters (KPI) within the Change Management Reporting?
- Cooperation with other future operating locations in other markets (eg North America, Asia)?
- Cooperation/exchange of experience in strategic working groups on "Internet of Things" (IoT)
Your profile:?
- Degree or equivalent qualification in computer science or engineering?
- In-depth experience with IT service management in complex environments?
- Very good ITIL skills, ideally with a certification in the "ITIL Service Transition (ST)" or "ITIL Practitioner"?
- Good knowledge of IT project management methods, ideally based on a corresponding certification?
- Good analytical and conceptual skills?
- Systematic and structured work?
- Negotiating skills and assertiveness?
- Team-oriented work, forward planning, high commitment?
- Very good German and English, spoken and written
