Beschreibung
Für unseren Kunden suchen wir für die Finanz/IT-Abteilung am Standort Berlin einen Payment Tester für den Implementation Support (SABRE) mit Reisetätigkeit – ca. 50% Berlin, 50% Düsseldorf.Ihre Aufgaben:
- Testing of payment and GDS related solution (GDS/PSP/Acquiring Bank setup) together with the Sabre test team
- Implementation of new acquiring connections with multiple PSPs
- Attending calls and meetings (also with 3rd parties)
- Conduct follow-up research as needed to resolve defects or failed tests
- Provide written reports to show testing activity (completion rates, pass/fail rates, defect resolution rates, etc)
- Provide support to other team members as needed, including subject-matter expertise (as appropriate) in various areas
- Project and Process Documentation
- Assist with the development and finalization of scenarios/test scripts/cases that will be used during testing
- Assist with ad-hoc or additional testing support activities which may be required at times due to project requirements
- Deep Understanding of Airline Payment Industry and GDS (all common) experience
- Understanding of complex dependencies between multiple systems and protocols (SOAP, REST, file based etc.)
- German language and knowledge in SEPA direct debit are a benefit
- Ability to execute detailed testing scripts and document results
- Flexible approach to daily work and activities, comfortable working as part of a team
- Strong communication skills and comfortable to raise issues and concerns
- Ability to think of the “big picture” and understand the importance and impact of testing as a critical part of this project’s success
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with a very high level of detail
- Ability to multi-task and perform multiple activities/tests at once
