Informatica Consultant urgently required for a leading financial organisation based in Eschborn (Germany) or London (UK) or on a 6 month rolling contract.
You will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining Informatica mappings, implementing and testing of new index concepts/families/rules, implementation and testing of new interfaces, and Datamodelling. Maintaining, operating and monitoring already implemented and productive processes, mappings & workflows. Liaising with the counterparts to understand the functional requirements and convert it to technical implementation. Document the implementation; support various ongoing testing and project activities.
The ideal candidate will have had a proven background working within the Financial markets. Expert level of knowledge & hands on with Informatica Power Center, strong experience of Oracle (SQL and tuning) & data warehousing concepts, Mathematica, Linux Shell Scripting. Highly proficient with Dimensional & ER data modelling (Power designer). An understanding of BI reporting (MicroStrategy, Jasper) and Java, C++. Knowledge in Mathematica, Matlab and/or python 3.xx would be an distinct advantage
