Tangent International are urgently looking for a German Speaking Project Administrator to work a 3 month rolling contract in Germany (Munich)
'Task/Deliverables Description'
Tracking of all deliverables and timelines.
Produce relevant reports accurately and in a timely manner at the agreed frequency. Manage the relevant 3rd parties' suppliers, involving agreements, planning, timelines and quality of deliverables.
Provide meeting protokolls and AP-Lists
Arrange project meetings and provide and distribute information Manage PO related activities in the client systems
Travel arrangements
'Requirements'
Project Coordinator, Team Leader with experience in Telecom industry. Technical background within mobile and fixed networks infrastructure. PO/PR handling or documentation experience.
Master in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project). Good communication and reporting skills.
Experience in managing deliverables
English fluency and German speaking will be prioritised.
