Beschreibung

The key role of the PMO Project Coordinator is to support and drive the Project Management Office for customer delivery Programmes and Projects. The role typically reports into the Programme Manager and ensures the effective, qualitative and seamless running tracking, monitoring and control of the day-to-day activities within the programme.

Typical activities carried out by the PMO would include:

  • Create the PMO Set-Up Plan
  • Establish the organisation chart for internal and external Governance
  • Ensure Programme organisation roles and responsibilities is transparently set-up and communicated to stakeholders (incl. RACI)
  • Establish and maintain typical PMO activities covering WorkStream RAID, Planning and Status Review, Change Control, Steering Committee presentation preparation
  • Manage Document Index Ledger and create and share Naming Convention
  • Set up Programme tools and systems required for the day to day operations (Planview for timesheet management; Sharepoint for documentation, Project Mailbox etc.
  • Carry out and maintain regular RAID review sessions
  • Set up the Programme Governance (including Communication plans)
  • Finalise the Programme Plans and carry out quality checks
  • Consolidate set of programme reports based on internal & external stakeholders (eg Status reports, Programme E-2-E milestones review, Tracker and RAID)
  • Establish a strong working relationship with customer PMO and team and ensure a joint PMO/Programme Governance review with Customer (ansure agreement)

Skills:

  • Extensive PMO experience (7+ years) required within complex and international organisations
  • Successful track record of supporting Programme/Project Managing complex international inter-company initiatives
  • Preferable to have PMO duty experience in supporting the delivery of complex solutions (mobility and mobility services, LAN, WAN, IPVPN)
  • Benificial would be experience in international IPVPN roll-out using multiple different carriers (with direct interfacing customer teams and 3rd party)
  • Build strong relationships with Programme Manager and Programme Team, customer and customer PMO office, delivery partners and external vendors.
  • Management of multiple stakeholders, with a range of cultural backgrounds, frequently with English as a second language.
  • Ability to manage from a distance, resources who work for other organisations.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills and established team player with well-developed influence and relationship management skills.
  • A self-starter with a determination to succeed balanced with appropriate tact and diplomacy.
