Finanz- und Auditbackground notwendig (SOX, internes Kontrollsystem)
eventuelle Reisen nach Düsseldorf und/oder Nürnberg
Skills required:
•Experienced in assessment of finance and business processes; ideally experience in SOX assessments in public accountant firm.
•Knowledge of financial reporting standard requirements (Local-GAAP, HGB, IFRS)
•Knowledge of international audit standards and procedures
The tasks to fulfil, the controls to be tested, the internal contacts and the period will be defined by TDE employees. The fulfilment of the tasks and the timing is in the responsibility of the consultant, no working hours or a certain presence is required. There is a final quality check performed by internal staff.
