Compliance Consulting
Identify resistance and performance gaps, and work to develop and implement corrective actions
Review Changes to identify compliance breaches (in ITSM tool ServiceNow)
Identify gaps between ITIL Process description and Standard Operating Procedures

Erforderliche Kenntnisse
At least 5 years of experience in maintaining & maturing IT governance, risk, & compliance practices or Change Management
Very good knowledge about the ITSM Tool ServieNow
Ability to successfully manage complex projects with numerous stakeholders across the organization
Ability to build and maintain relationships across diverse teams and multiple levels within an organization
Forward-thinking with superb writing, editing and verbal communication skills
