Contract Datacenter Support Level 1 & 2 Engineers - Munich
Our customer is a global managed services leader and partner to the biggest names in infrastructure (Cisco, VMware, NetApp etc.) They are currently experiencing rapid growth through the acquisition of new, long term customer projects and are looking for profiles to join their datacentre support team in either Munich, with good knowledge around Cisco routing, LAN, Nexus, VMware, EMC, NetApp or Cisco UCS.
They have opportunities for any of these technical areas!
Contract rates from €150 to €300 per day with contracts from 6 to 12months +

As a Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:
*The early detection of faults through monitoring & event management
*Fault analysis and troubleshooting
*Training and development
*Documentation & reporting
*Providing technical guidance to junior team members
*Performing request changes
*Insuring uninterrupted service
We are looking form candidates with the following experience:
*Support experience and a strong level of customer facing skills
*Strong experience working in a datacentre environment
*Implementation of non-standard changes and subsequent success control
*Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or similar
*Knowledge in the areas of infrastructure such as Cisco routing, LAN, Nexus, VMware, EMC, NetApp or Cisco UCS
*Practical experience working in troubleshooting environments
*Speak fluent German & English
