We are looking for a principal test expert, who can define and develop new test concepts and ATE test programs for our product portfolio of Automotive Power ICs. She / He is able to give technical direction, work on methodology improvements and finds ways to reduce test time and cost for products already in production. In your new role you will:* Define and generate test concepts and test specification in cooperation with the IC-Design
* Develop innovative testing methods, understanding DfX concepts
* Identify and introduce methodology improvements in test program concepts and development
* Define / Develop test hardware and write test program code
* Create concepts to realize test time and cost optimization for high volume products
* Define test system requirements needed to realize a cost effective test concept for future products
* Be involved into the test equipment roadmap
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
* Technical leadership skills to lead test engineers and to discuss with design and lab engineers
* A university / university of applied sciences degree in Electrical Engineering
* Fluent English skills with German skills as a plus
* At least 3 years work experience in the semiconductor business
* Know-how in semiconductor mixed -signal power-testing (ATE), preferably on Teradyne Flex
* Programming skills e.g. VBA, C / C++
* DfX experience including analog-mixed-signal as a plus
