IT Project Manager -Launch Excellence
My client requires an experienced Project Manager with Launch Excellence experience to join their project.
Education/Experience/Skills
Pharma Product Launch support and delivery from an Information Technology perspective - experience and know-how of go to market' tactics
Corporate website project delivery and coordination linked to knowledge of key success factors for driving results
Experience with complex project management and delivery
Ability to produce project documents in English to a high-standard, ensuring they are complete, current and stored appropriately
Demonstrated history of delivering complex technical projects from initiation to implementation (minimum 5+ years), and show accountability for the results
Proficient with Project Management tools. (MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.)
Strong knowledge of PMI project management standards and the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) or equivalent methodology ( Methodology to be provided in-house)
Strong knowledge and expertise in the use of project management and SDLC methodologies and tools, and the ability to apply this accordingly
Facilitate successful project definition, planning, budgeting, scheduling, resourcing, and lead high performance project teams
Manage projects within scope, quality, time, and cost constraints with minimal oversight from PM Manager or Program Manager
Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and project demands
Manage day-to-day project activities and stakeholder communications
Proactively identify project issues and risks and create successful action plans for resolving issues and mitigating risks, with appropriate escalation in a timely fashion as needed
Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports to management, project team, and other project stakeholders - manage stakeholder expectations
Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and develop a deep understanding of their business objectives - partnering to identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and strengthen stakeholder relationships
Effectively facilitate Lessons Learned sessions after project delivery in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements
