Job Description Research Scientist (internship) (m/f) - 794755 Description We are looking for a number of motivated students to fill intern vacancies. In this role, you will develop tools for the next generation of computing devices using computer vision and/or graphics. Of particular interest are techniques related to 3D processing, visualization and Virtual Reality. The student will have the opportunity to work on tasks for new immersive experiences with emerging VR and display devices and depth sensing technologies. The task can be either looking into the 3D capture side or on topics like new rendering approaches. The work will be carried out in Saarbrucken, Germany on one of Europe's leading computer science campus in close vicinity to two Max Plank-Institutes, the University of Saarland and the DFKI center. The duration of the internship is flexible and usually between 3 and 6 month full time. Alternatively a part time position can be considered (working student). Qualifications Student in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related. The student should be a good team worker.
